Businesses in the Humber region are being urged to prepare for cyber-attacks by adopting stringent cyber security ranging from employee education and awareness training and internet security solutions to malware protection and third party access to systems. As reported in the recent article in the Business Intelligence Magazine, the Humberside area reported losses of £2,761,337 to online crime.

With 69% of business managers saying cyber security is a priority but 63% of local cybercrime victims are businesses and Humberside Police investigates an average of 531 cyber enabled frauds a month.
